We collect information you provide during the prequal process, including:

  • Vehicle information (year, make, model, VINs)
  • Property information (address, construction details)
  • Insurance history (prior carrier, claims, experience mod)
  • Business information (revenue, payroll, employee count) for commercial lines

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Information is used solely to evaluate your insurance inquiry and route it to a licensed producer at the agency you contacted. We do not sell your information to third parties.

3. DATA RETENTION

Personal information is automatically deleted 90 days after submission. Anonymized, non-identifying analytics may be retained indefinitely.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

California residents may request deletion of their data under CCPA. Contact us at hello@licensecomposer.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will respond within 45 days.
